Individual subscribers can cancel online at any time via Account Settings > Subscription & Billing > Cancel; access continues until the end of the paid billing period and the subscription will not auto-renew. Subscriptions purchased via Google Play or Apple App Store must be cancelled through those respective platforms. Pluralsight does not offer refunds on individual subscriptions upon cancellation; prorated credits apply only in specific upgrade scenarios, not cancellations. No pause or freeze option is available.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
