Plex Pass can be cancelled online at any time via the Subscriptions & Payments page on plex.tv (Manage → Cancel Automatic Renewal); subscribers purchased through iOS App Store or Google Play must cancel through those platforms instead. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — access is retained until then with no proration or refund for the unused portion. All fees are explicitly non-refundable; US customers have no cooling-off right (EU/UK have a 14-day window by law). No pause or freeze option exists.
