Plex Pass can be cancelled online at any time via the Subscriptions & Payments page on plex.tv (Manage → Cancel Automatic Renewal); subscribers purchased through iOS App Store or Google Play must cancel through those platforms instead. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, access is retained until then with no proration or refund for the unused portion. All fees are explicitly non-refundable; US customers have no cooling-off right (EU/UK have a 14-day window by law). No pause or freeze option exists.
