Self-serve via web, console, or the PlayStation App: account -> Subscription Management -> PlayStation Plus -> turn off auto-renewal / Cancel; access runs to the period end. 14-day refund window from purchase even if you've used the service (refunded to the original method or PSN wallet); no refund for remaining time after 14 days.

How to cancel PlayStation Plus

  • Channels: online (self-serve), in-app

  • Pause/freeze: not offered. No pause. Turning off auto-renewal keeps access until the period ends, then benefits lapse.
  • Account/data deletion: Cancelling doesn't delete your PlayStation Network account or game saves; PS Plus benefits (monthly/catalog games and online multiplayer) stop when the subscription ends — games you bought outright remain. Account/data deletion is a separate privacy request via Sony.
