Per Article 302 of Poland's Electronic Communications Law (2021), the notice period is 30 days from delivery of the termination notice, with the contract ending at the close of the billing period following that window. Early termination during a fixed commitment period triggers a contractual penalty calculated as: granted discount × (remaining months / total commitment months); no penalty applies after the promotional period expires, within the 14-day statutory withdrawal window for distance contracts, or when Play unilaterally changes contract terms.
