How hard is it to cancel Platform.sh?

Platform.sh (operating as Upsun) treats deletion of all Projects and Organizations as a termination for convenience, and its terms provide no refunds for standard cancellation since payment obligations are non-cancelable and amounts paid are non-refundable. Pro-rata refunds of prepaid unused fees are available only if Platform.sh materially changes the service unfavorably or raises prices and the customer objects within 30 days.
