Planoly subscriptions can be cancelled self-serve online via the web dashboard (Settings > Billing > Cancel) or through the Apple App Store or Google Play for mobile subscribers. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, after which the account reverts to the free plan. Planoly explicitly states subscriptions cannot be paused. The Terms of Use state that due to the digital nature of the service, refunds are not offered after purchase.

  • Pause/freeze: not offered. Planoly explicitly states subscriptions cannot be paused. Users must either keep the subscription active or cancel it entirely.
  • Account/data deletion: Users can delete their account via the web profile page or mobile app (Settings > Edit Account > Delete Account). Upon deletion, all associated data is removed. Users may also unlink individual social profiles without full account deletion.
