Planoly subscriptions can be cancelled self-serve online via the web dashboard (Settings > Billing > Cancel) or through the Apple App Store or Google Play for mobile subscribers. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, after which the account reverts to the free plan. Planoly explicitly states subscriptions cannot be paused. The Terms of Use state that due to the digital nature of the service, refunds are not offered after purchase.
