How hard is it to cancel Pitch?

Pitch provides self-serve cancellation: from the workspace name menu, open the billing page, go to the Subscriptions tab, click Cancel subscription, and select a cancellation reason. After cancelling, paid features remain available until the end of the current billing cycle, then the workspace reverts to the free plan and does not renew. Pitch's Terms of Use (section 8.2) state that all fees are non-cancelable and non-refundable. Section 17.4 states that on cancellation or termination any unused credits expire immediately and cannot be refunded or carried over.
