Last reviewed 2026-06-06 · Documented-Policy tier · grade B

Pipedrive subscriptions can be canceled online by navigating to the Billing tab and selecting 'Cancel my subscription'; only users with account settings access can initiate this. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle (next Renewal Date), so access continues until then. All fees are explicitly non-refundable — no prorated refunds are issued for unused time, regardless of when in the cycle the cancellation occurs. There is no pause or freeze option; data is permanently deleted within approximately 180 days of account closure unless the user requests immediate deletion via support.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
