Pipedream subscriptions can be cancelled self-serve by visiting the pricing page and clicking Cancel beneath the current plan, or through the Manage Billing Information portal in workspace billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, during which paid access is retained. Pipedream does not prorate plans cancelled mid-period and does not issue refunds for unused months on annual plans. Workflows, connected accounts, and sources are deactivated from newest to oldest until Free tier limits are reached.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
