Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (mid-term cancellations retain access; free-trial cancellations lose access immediately). No refunds or proration are issued for unused time, except a conditional 30-day money-back guarantee for direct Pimsleur.com purchases without a 7+ day free trial, which requires calling or emailing within 30 days and returning a signed sworn declaration. A pause option (one or two months) is available for accounts created after June 20, 2024.
