How hard is it to cancel Pilot?
Pilot scores 82/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the AU — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via in_account, email.
Pilot (Pilot Technologies Pty Ltd, a Eucalyptus men's-health brand) sells recurring treatment-plan subscriptions. Customers can cancel or pause via their Account through the FAQ tab in the Platform, or by emailing [email protected]. The Refund Cutoff Time is 11:59pm the day before the applicable order processing date; cancellations after this are not refunded, subject to non-waivable Australian Consumer Law rights. Pilot cannot cancel a processing order, and once medicine is dispensed from the Associate Pharmacy the customer is charged with no refund. Money-back guarantees apply to specific programs (30-day Weight Loss, 180-day Hair).

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
