How hard is it to cancel Pilot?
Pilot scores 82/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the AU, a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via in_account, email.
Pilot (Pilot Technologies Pty Ltd, a Eucalyptus men's-health brand) sells recurring treatment-plan subscriptions. Customers can cancel or pause via their Account through the FAQ tab in the Platform, or by emailing [email protected]. The Refund Cutoff Time is 11:59pm the day before the applicable order processing date; cancellations after this are not refunded, subject to non-waivable Australian Consumer Law rights. Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights, scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
