How hard is it to cancel Pictory?

Pictory lets users cancel online from the My Account page under the Billing tab by clicking 'Cancel subscription', selecting a reason, and confirming. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and the user retains access to create, edit, and download videos until the subscription end date. The Terms of Service state all fees are non-refundable and no refunds or credits are given for partial billing periods, unused services, or plan changes. A pause option is also available from the Billing tab.
