How hard is it to cancel PicPay (PicPay Mais)?

PicPay's help center states the PicPay Mais subscription can be cancelled anytime at no extra cost in the app via Gerenciar assinatura > Cancelar assinatura. Cancelling within 7 days of joining ends benefits immediately and refunds the amount paid; otherwise benefits continue until the paid period ends.
