How hard is it to cancel Physics Wallah (PW)?

Physics Wallah's digital courses are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable once purchased and payment is confirmed. Limited exceptions exist for technical errors, such as an inadvertent batch purchase or a duplicate payment, where the extra amount may be refunded after support verification.
