Photoroom subscriptions must be cancelled on the same platform used to subscribe: web (log into app.photoroom.com > Space > Billing > Cancel subscription, processed via Stripe), Apple App Store, or Google Play. Per the Terms, cancellation requires at least 24 hours' notice before the next billing date and becomes effective at the end of the current subscription period, with access continuing until then. Fees are non-refundable and Photoroom gives no credit or proration on cancellation; App Store and Play Store refunds are handled by Apple/Google. Photoroom cannot cancel on a user's behalf. The company is headquartered in France.
