How hard is it to cancel PetLab Co.?

PetLab Co. lets customers cancel directly in the Customer Account Portal: log in with the purchase email, go to My Subscriptions, click Edit Subscription, then select 'I want to cancel' and choose a reason. Pausing is offered as an alternative, and cancelling stops all future orders that have not yet been processed. Orders already being prepared cannot be stopped. Subscriptions can be reactivated at any time. Phone support is also available. Refund handling and data deletion are not addressed in the cancellation article.
