How hard is it to cancel Perlego?

Subscribers cancel self-serve online on the Perlego website via Settings > Subscription > Manage > Cancel subscription (the app cannot be used); access continues to the end of the paid cycle and a pause option is offered. Refunds are not automatic but can be requested within a 14-day window.
