How hard is it to cancel Pep AI?

Pep AI scores 52/100 (grade D) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a poorly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via in-app.

Last reviewed 2026-06-12 · Documented-Policy tier · grade D

Pep AI subscriptions are managed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store — there is no in-web-app cancel flow. To cancel, go to your Apple ID account settings (Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions) or Google Play account (Play Store > Subscriptions) and cancel from there. Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends; access continues until the end of the paid period. Pep AI itself does not process refunds — refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google per their respective policies. Support contact: [email protected]. Developer: Zode Development LLC (Oregon, US).

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
