Pep AI subscriptions are managed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, there is no in-web-app cancel flow. To cancel, go to your Apple ID account settings (Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions) or Google Play account (Play Store > Subscriptions) and cancel from there. Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends; access continues until the end of the paid period. Pep AI itself does not process refunds, refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google per their respective policies. Support contact: [email protected].
