How hard is it to cancel Pendulum?

Pendulum members can cancel at any time online via the account portal ('Manage Subscriptions') or through links in confirmation emails, as well as by phone or email. Cancellation requests must be received by the Sunday prior to the next billing date. No refund is issued if the order has already shipped; first-time customers may cancel before shipment for a full refund. Members can skip or reschedule shipments as an alternative to full cancellation.
