How hard is it to cancel pCloud?

pCloud subscriptions can be cancelled online at any time via my.pcloud.com (Account > Manage Subscription > Cancel) for card/PayPal users, or through Apple App Store / Google Play for mobile subscribers. Cancellation takes effect at the next billing period; the user retains access through the end of the current paid period. No refund is given for unused days; however, a 14-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of payment, and refunds are processed within 30 days of confirmation. Promotional or discounted purchases may be ineligible for refunds at pCloud's discretion.

How to cancel pCloud

• Pause/freeze: not offered. No subscription pause or freeze option is documented. Cancellation ends the subscription at the next billing cycle; no pause feature is mentioned in official help documentation.
• Account/data deletion: Account deletion must be requested via email to [email protected]. The process takes 3 months to complete; all files are permanently erased after that 3-month window. The deletion timeline cannot be accelerated.
