Pawp members can cancel via the mobile app (iOS/Android) through a multi-step flow: tap initials → Membership → Manage Membership → Cancel Membership → select reason → confirm. Cancellation can also be initiated through the website account settings or by emailing [email protected]. No refund is issued for the current billing period; access continues until the period ends. Add-ons such as Emergency Protection must be cancelled separately, as they continue to bill until the end of the base membership year if not independently cancelled.

  • Pause/freeze: not offered. No pause or suspension option is documented. Members must cancel and can reactivate later.
  • Account/data deletion: Submit a deletion request by emailing [email protected] or calling 1-833-365-0001. No dedicated online form. Pawp will verify identity before processing. Under CCPA, California residents have the right to request deletion; Pawp states it may but is not obligated to delete user-generated content upon account deletion.
