How hard is it to cancel Partner?
Partner scores 64/100 (grade C) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the IL, a partially documented cancellation policy with notable gaps. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), phone, email, postal mail.
Partner customers can cancel by phone (*054 or 1-800-800-054), email (service-specific addresses such as [email protected] / [email protected] for internet / [email protected] for TV), fax, online form, mail, or through the authenticated MyPartner self-service portal. Under Israeli communications law, Partner must process the disconnection within 3 business days of receiving the request (6 business days for registered mail). Refunds are prorated for any prepaid period after disconnection; early termination fees are capped at 5% of the transaction value or ₪100 (whichever is lower) for standard cancellations, or 8% × remaining months × average monthly invoice for contract early exits.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights, scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
