Self-serve online at paramountplus.com/account -> Cancel Subscription (a 1-month pause and a plan-downgrade retention offer appear first). No refund for fees already paid (annual plans may get a partial refund via live chat). If billed via an app store (Apple/Amazon), cancel there.
