  • Pause/freeze: available, A 1-month pause appears on the cancel screen before final confirmation; billing pauses for that month and auto-resumes (a plan-downgrade retention offer is also shown).
  • Account/data deletion: Cancelling stops billing but doesn't delete your Paramount+ account or viewing data; account/data deletion is a separate privacy request (CCPA). If billed via an app store (Apple/Amazon), cancel there.
