How hard is it to cancel Parallels Desktop?

Parallels Desktop subscriptions purchased directly can be cancelled online via the Cleverbridge purchase-lookup portal or through account settings (Manage Subscription > Cancel subscription); App Store edition subscribers cancel through Apple's App Store subscription management. Cancelling stops future auto-renewal but does not trigger a refund — the subscription remains active through the end of the paid term. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the initial purchase only (direct/online store purchases); renewal transactions are explicitly excluded from refunds. No pause or freeze option is available.
