How hard is it to cancel Paperform?
Paperform scores 84/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the AU — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), email.
Users cancel self-service via the 'Cancel Subscription' button in the Billing tab of Account Settings, or by emailing [email protected]. Refunds are available only if cancellation is requested within 7 days of a monthly charge or 30 days of an annual charge; beyond that, refunds are given only for prolonged service failures or defects. Paperform explicitly excludes refunds for change of mind, unused time, or failure to cancel with sufficient notice. After cancellation the account remains dormant and retains forms and data for 30 days.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
