Pandora-billed subscriptions can be cancelled online at Pandora.com or through the mobile app (Menu > Subscription > Switch Plans > Cancel Subscription); subscriptions billed through Apple, Google Play, Amazon, or Roku must be cancelled through those platforms directly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, access continues until expiry and no refund is issued. All purchases are explicitly final and non-refundable, including partial or pro-rated amounts, except where required by law. There is no pause or freeze option.
