How hard is it to cancel Pact Coffee?

Pact Coffee subscriptions can be cancelled at any time entirely online via the account dashboard: log in, select the plan, click MANAGE, then CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION. Customers receive an email 48 hours before dispatch and must make changes by midnight the day before shipping. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, a 14-day statutory cancellation right applies, though perishable or sealed goods are typically excluded; faulty or incorrect items are refunded in full including return postage. Pausing is also available self-serve at any time with no documented duration limit.
