OWYN subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Customers can cancel online via their account portal (Manage Subscription > Cancel Subscription) or by calling 1-800-515-1564 (Mon–Fri 8am–8pm ET, Sat–Sun 9am–5pm ET). Cancellation must be completed at least 48 hours before the next scheduled shipment. Refunds are covered by the WorldPantry Absolute Satisfaction Guarantee for purchases within 90 days; shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless OWYN caused an error.
