You have 14 days from the day after your contract start date to change your mind (cooling-off period), during which you pay no exit fees if you leave. To cancel your switch to OVO you must phone 0330 303 5063 (Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm); there is no online self-serve cancel of the switch. If supply has already started during cooling-off you remain liable for energy used in that time. On a fixed OVO plan you may pay an exit fee per fuel if you switch away; variable plans have no exit fee. OVO calculates a final balance and then either refunds credit or issues a final bill to pay.
