How hard is it to cancel OVHcloud?

OVHcloud's US Terms of Service state that all fees are non-cancelable and non-refundable and that customers may terminate for convenience with at least 30 calendar days advance written notice via a support ticket, with an early termination fee for committed terms; services auto-renew unless non-renewal notice is given 30 days prior, and EU consumers retain a 14-day statutory cancellation right.
