How hard is it to cancel OurTime?

OurTime subscriptions auto-renew by credit card until cancelled; members cancel online via Settings > Manage Subscription > Cancel Subscription (requires password entry and a short survey) or through the mobile app. Cancellations via Apple App Store or Google Play must be handled through those platforms directly. No refunds are issued after the three-business-day cancellation window; access continues through the end of the paid billing period.

• Account/data deletion: Users can delete their account via the app (profile > settings) or through the website Settings. OurTime retains data for up to three months after deletion for safety purposes before full disposal per its privacy policy.
