Last reviewed 2026-06-06 · Documented-Policy tier · grade B

Oura membership can be cancelled at any time via the Oura app (Settings > Account > Manage Membership) or through the Membership Hub at membership.ouraring.com. Access continues until the end of the current billing period with no prorated refunds available for cancelled monthly or annual prepaid plans after the complimentary first month. There is no option to pause or freeze a membership. Cancelling does not delete account data; a separate account deletion step is required from within the app or by contacting [email protected].

How to cancel Oura

  • Channels: online (self-serve), in-app
  • Official cancellation page: https://support.ouraring.com/hc/en-us/articles/4409086524819-Oura-Membership
  • Pause/freeze: not offered. Oura explicitly states there is no option to pause an Oura Membership.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
