Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so users retain paid access until then. All fees are explicitly non-refundable per the Terms of Service. A Pause Plan option is available in account settings as an alternative to full cancellation.

- Account/data deletion: Users can delete account content; deleted content moves to a trash folder with a specified retention period before permanent deletion. Once permanently deleted (by user action or expiry of the retention period), no record of User Content is retained.
