Orangetheory Fitness requires 30 days written notice to cancel a month-to-month membership. Members may initiate cancellation via an online form on the corporate website (the home studio then contacts the member to confirm), in person at their home studio, by email to the studio, or by phone. Refunds are generally not offered except for Premier members who complete 12 sessions within their first month and notify their studio within 30 days of joining. Memberships can be frozen up to twice per year for up to 60 days per freeze.
