How hard is it to cancel Orange Romania?
Orange Romania scores 53/100 (grade D) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the RO, a poorly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via phone, in person, postal mail, in-app, email.
Customers cancel by calling 300, visiting an Orange store or partner retailer, submitting a written request by post, or via the My Orange app (Contact & Feedback section), no fully self-serve online cancel exists. A 30-calendar-day notice period applies from the date the request is registered, during which the subscription remains billed. If still within the minimum contract period, early termination charges apply: remaining device installments plus any promotional discounts received must be repaid (typically ~50% of remaining monthly fees × remaining months); customers on standard-price plans with no discounts owe nothing extra. No refund or proration is offered for the 30-day notice period.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights, scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
