Customers can cancel via phone (*100 / 510 100 100), in-person at an Orange salon, registered mail to Orange Polska S.A. ul. Jagiellońska 34, 96-100 Skierniewice, or through the Mój Orange app (which constitutes written form under Polish law). The notice period is one full billing cycle from the date the cancellation is received (per Art. 302 of Poland's Electronic Communications Law / PKE 2024), meaning the contract ends at the close of the billing period following the notice. Early termination of a fixed-term contract incurs a penalty: for contracts signed before 10 November 2024 it equals the proportionally-reduced discount granted; for contracts from 10 November 2024 onwards it equals the sum of remaining monthly fees to the end of the loyalty period. A final proportional invoice is issued within 14 days of termination; rented equipment (router/decoder) must be returned within 14 days.
