Mobile and internet subscriptions can be cancelled online via the Espace Client portal (mobile/internet) or by phone for fixed-line services (Monday–Saturday, 08:00–20:00). Cancellation takes effect 10 days after the request (or a later chosen date up to 60 days out); the request can be reversed up to 48 hours before the effective date. Fixed internet and bundled Open offers carry a standard €50–60 TTC equipment/admin fee on termination; early exit during a commitment period incurs additional fees (waivable for hardship with documentation). Bills are pro-rated to the effective cancellation date and any credit balance is refunded within 10 business days by bank transfer or cheque.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
