How hard is it to cancel Orange France?
Orange France scores 73/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the FR, a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), phone.
Mobile and internet subscriptions can be cancelled online via the Espace Client portal (mobile/internet) or by phone for fixed-line services (Monday-Saturday, 08:00-20:00). Cancellation takes effect 10 days after the request (or a later chosen date up to 60 days out); the request can be reversed up to 48 hours before the effective date. Fixed internet and bundled Open offers carry a standard €50-60 TTC equipment/admin fee on termination; early exit during a commitment period incurs additional fees (waivable for hardship with documentation). Bills are pro-rated to the effective cancellation date and any credit balance is refunded within 10 business days by bank transfer or cheque.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights, scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
