How hard is it to cancel Orange España?

To cancel, customers must call 1470 (free from any Spanish operator); Orange then emails a form requiring ID document upload and signature before the cancellation is processed — there is no fully self-serve online cancel button. Cancellation takes effect within approximately 2 business days of submitting complete documentation. Final billing is prorated to the day of service, and early termination penalties apply if a permanence (commitment) period has not been completed. In-store cancellation at an Orange retail point is also accepted; email/mail-only is not an official channel for contract termination.

- Pause/freeze: available — Temporary suspension (suspensión temporal) available by calling 1470. Mobile lines: min 1 month, max 6 months/year at €6.05/month maintenance fee. Fixed lines: min 1 month, max 3 months/year at 50% of standard monthly fee. Line reactivates automatically after the requested period. TV services cannot be suspended.
- Account/data deletion: GDPR erasure rights can be exercised by emailing [email protected] or by post to ORANGE, Paseo del Club Deportivo 1, Parque Empresarial La Finca, Edificio 8, 28223 Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid) with reference 'Protección de Datos'.
