Opus Clip subscriptions can be cancelled online via the Dashboard (Crown icon in the bottom-left sidebar) or through the iOS App Store for in-app purchases. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, after which the account reverts to a free tier and projects become inaccessible after 3 days. No prorated refunds are issued for unused portions of a paid period; refunds for IAP purchases are handled by Apple. The service does not offer a subscription pause feature.

How to cancel Opus Clip

  • Channels: online (self-serve), in-app
  • Official cancellation page: https://help.opus.pro/docs/article/plans-and-credits

  • Account/data deletion: Users can delete their account via Dashboard > profile button (upper left) > account profile page > 'Delete account' button at the bottom, followed by a checklist confirmation. Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
