Open (o-p-e-n.com) subscribers can cancel at any time via their profile page on the website or directly in the app under Manage Subscription. App Store or Google Play subscribers must cancel through their respective platform settings. Monthly subscribers receive no refund for the current billing cycle upon cancellation; annual subscribers may request a refund within 30 days of the charge by contacting [email protected]. Access continues through the end of the paid billing period after cancellation.
