Odeon myLIMITLESS members can cancel online via the Membership section of their account, or by phone on 0333 004 4411. Monthly plans carry a 3-month minimum term; cancellations requested before the minimum term expires take effect only at the end of that term. After the minimum term, 30 days' notice is required, and the membership ends on the date the member is paid up to. A 14-day statutory cooling-off period applies to online sign-ups, and annual upfront memberships cannot be cancelled before the 12-month term ends.
