How hard is it to cancel Ocado Smart Pass?

Ocado Smart Pass is a recurring (monthly or annual) paid membership giving free/reduced delivery. Customers can cancel auto-renewal in their account under My Ocado > Account Settings > Smart Pass, or via the contact-us form; this stops future payments while the pass stays valid until its end date. The fee is non-refundable except within a 14-day cooling-off period (from the day after activation) provided the membership has not been used, in which case calling secures a full refund.
