Nuuly subscribers can cancel online at any time via My Account > Subscription > Cancel Subscription. If items are currently at home, they must be returned and scanned by UPS before the cancellation takes effect; cancellation without items at home completes immediately. Payments are non-refundable and there are no credits for partially used periods; the subscription fee is $98/month and renews automatically at 4 AM EST on the billing date. No advance notice to Nuuly is required, and there are no damage, cleaning, or late fees.
