How hard is it to cancel Nuuly?

Nuuly subscribers cancel self-serve by selecting Cancel Subscription in the Subscription section of My Account; if items are at home, unpurchased items must be returned before the billing date and cancellation activates only after UPS scans the return, otherwise the $98 monthly fee is charged. Members can pause for 1 to 3 months instead.
