Nutrisense subscriptions can be canceled in the app via an 8-step self-service flow or by contacting customer support by email. Cancellation must be submitted at least 72 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month; all charges are non-refundable. Members who selected a multi-month committed plan (3, 6, or 12 months) are subject to an early cancellation fee if they cancel before their minimum commitment ends. A snooze (pause) option is available at any time as an alternative to full cancellation.
