Cancellation can be initiated via in-app/web message, email ([email protected]), or phone (Mon–Sun 8am–8pm EST); NY/CA patients additionally have a dashboard self-serve option. To avoid a charge, cancellation must occur within 48 hours of receiving the refill-preparation reminder; orders billed on a Friday–Sunday weekend may be processed up to two days early. No refunds are issued once an order has shipped, as medication cannot be resold by law; the consultation fee is non-refundable once a provider has reviewed the submission. No pause or freeze option is available.
