How hard is it to cancel Numan?

Most subscriptions can be cancelled self-serve by signing into the Numan account, opening the 'Treatments' tab and turning off automatic refills; alternatively customers can email customer services to cancel or pause indefinitely. TRT plans cannot be cancelled in-account and require contacting the team directly. Payment is taken 48 hours before an order is dispatched, so cancellation must occur before that point to avoid the next charge, and no refund is given once medication has been dispensed. Prepaid packages receive a pro-rata refund for undelivered medication less admin fees, while weight-loss commitment packages generally cannot be paused or cancelled during the commitment term except on specified medical/clinical grounds. A 14-day return window applies to non-medical products.
