Cancellation requires one full calendar month's written notice, submitted by email to the home gym, by post, or in person via a cancellation form at the centre; there is no general self-serve online cancellation button. For members who joined online, a cancellation request form link is included in the original receipt email. A 14-day cooling-off period applies with a full refund of fees paid; after that no proration is given on standard monthly memberships. Discounted 12-month memberships cannot be cancelled early except for documented reasons (serious illness/injury/pregnancy, redundancy, or relocation more than 5 miles from any centre).
