How hard is it to cancel NRMA?
NRMA scores 74/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the AU — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), phone.
NRMA roadside members can cancel or transfer their roadside assistance subscription package at any time via their online account, or by calling 13 11 22 to discuss options. The FAQ states cancellation is best completed at the time of renewal. There is no refund: 'You will not be entitled to a refund if you cancel your subscription/s.' As an alternative to cancellation, members may apply to suspend their Subscription Package in defined situations (e.g. overseas travel, temporarily without a vehicle). Full cancellation terms are in section 1.10 of the Consumer Roadside Terms & Conditions.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
