NRJ Mobile subscribers initiate cancellation from their Espace Client under Forfait then Resilier ma ligne; base plans are commitment-free and cancellable anytime. Cancellation is effective within 7 calendar days. Older or engagement plans require paying remaining monthly fees, and a 5 euro cancellation fee applies on some plans from May 2026.
